immersa nel verde e a poca distanza dal mare

Das Apartment war etwas abseits von der Straße gelegen und ruhig gelegen. Von dem Balkon hatte man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Waschmaschine und Parkplatz vorhanden.
Kontakt (Elisa T.) vor Ort war sehr freundlich.
Das Apartment wurde über die Agentur GoElba vermarket. Dies hat aus meiner Sicht folgende Nachteile: Die Agentur verlangt nochmals eine Online-Registierung, dies ist aus aus meiner Sicht aufwendig und man erfährt es erst, wenn man nach der Schlüsselübergäbe frägt. Man muss in das Büro der Agentur fahren und dort den Papierkram erledigen und eine Kaution von 150€ hinterlegen. Weiterhin wird einem als Mieter eine Art Nutzungsbedingungen zur Verfügung, die für viele Fälle eine Strafzahlung als Kompensation fordert. Weiterhin wird das Apartment ohne Bettwäsche und Händtücher vermietet. (Kosten 40€ - Wenn man genau recheriert, findet man die Info, dass die Wäsche fehlt und bei Bedarf gemietet werden kann).
Das Apartment ist einfach ausgestattet und war sauber. Gasherd vorhanden. Kein Backofen.

Posizione strategica per le spiagge che interessano a noi . L appartamento al piano terra stupendo: patio vista giardino , c era tutto il.necessario compresi kit di cortesia spazzolino dentifricio cuffie carta igienica più tappeto bagno e detersivo piatti spugnetta e salviette in cucina, parcheggio privato accessibile direttamente dalla porta della camera matrimoniale. Bagno ristrutturato. Inoltre aprendo entrambi gli ingressi vi era una ventilazione naturale fantastica per le ore calde. Zona appartata nel verde da massimo relax ma a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia di Lacona Agenzia e personale in loco cordiale e disponibile. Soggiorno meraviglioso peccato durato poco.
Volendo essere pignoli alcune piccole accortezze (tipo una mano di bianco alla facciata)e una maggiore cura dell esterno (es tenere bagnate le piante) valorizzerebbero al.massimo questa struttura.
