The location of this property is brilliant, close to all the local amenities, including bus stops to surrounding areas. There are 4 large double bedrooms, all with bathrooms, which suited us perfectly as a family. The cottage was clean and tidy, decorated tastefully and had everything you would need for your stay. Would definitely stay again!
The weather was quite warm when we were there, so we needed to open windows, unfortunately because the cottage was on one of the main roads in Ambleside, we were woken quite early to traffic, including delivery lorries at the back of the cottage. Other than this, which is a small niggle, the cottage was perfect.

excellent location, very comfortable house, beautifully decorated, everything works great. Two parking spots in the middle of town by the house was great. access to many different walks and many shops and cafes and restaurants.
no sugar, salt, pepper, coffee or a tea bag nor anything else in the kitchen in terms of supplies, and very limited loo rolls in the bathrooms . TV is too big for the room but we managed!

Fabulous property in a good location no complaints , we were a group of 4 couples each with a car and a thing to take into consideration is parking as only spaces for 2 cars apart from that excellent place to stay +++++
