The perfect base for our short stay! An extremely spacious home, perfect for our group of 8 without feeling like you’re on top of each other as most rooms have their own bathrooms. The perfect location for us with a 5-10 minute walk into town (with little legs) and a 20 minute walk to the waterside to catch the boat over to Bowness-on-Windermere. Very central to all areas we wanted to see such as coniston and Keswick. Lots of games and puzzles to keep you entertained on an evening at the house too! A lovely home that’s very well maintained, none of us wanted to leave and we’ll definitely be back!

Overall excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay. 8 of us staying at the accommodation and we had plenty of room.
The bathroom were dated and could be improved. The taps were loose, silicone seals were going black. This is really all we could fault about the property.

Great location, very clean, everything available what you need for family holiday.
Need more toilet paper, not enough space for parking 3 cars. But still I will come here again.
