Great location, nice and clean apartment, the bed was great and comfortable. You also have all the utensils, I could cook literally everything. Highly recommend to any visitors! Pictures perfectly match the apartment. Everything works great: coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle.
I would change the shower curtains, they look quite tired. Other than that I did not notice any problems.

Het appartement ligt op een mooie en centrale locatie in Manhattan. Het heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken en een prettige sfeer.
Het is een authentiek New Yorks huis met soms wat oudere faciliteiten. Wij vonden dat geen probleem. Het huis is verder comfortabel. De eigenaar reageerde snel als we een vraag hadden omdat het voor ons niet duidelijk was hoe de douche werkte en of we de temperatuur in het huis konden bijstellen. Het was namelijk erg warm door de centrale verwarming. Daar was niets aan te veranderen behalve de ramen open zetten. Het zou fijner zijn als die informatie al eerder gegeven wordt of in het huis te vinden is.
De slaapbank in de kamer/keuken was oké voor onze zoon, maar niet van geweldige kwaliteit.

Close to Subway and all tourist attractions
The shower & toilet were old and in need of replacing. Toilet got blocked permanently for over a day. It was not possible to use it. No reaction or help from landlord/owner. No views from the windows, just walls, very depressing flat. Overwhelming smell of rubbish in the main hallway.
