Localização excelente, muito bem localizada em Manhattan, com fácil acesso ao metrô e às principais atrações. O apartamento é confortável, limpo e corresponde às fotos. O check-in foi simples e a comunicação com o anfitrião foi boa.
O apartamento fica no térreo, e tanto as escadas de acesso quanto o tapete da sala estavam sujos. Acredito que esses detalhes poderiam receber mais atenção na limpeza para proporcionar uma experiência ainda melhor aos hóspedes.

It’s a very charming little place. Plenty of outlets, great WiFi. Location was terrific. A coffee shop in the corner and a great Italian place in another corner. We made good use of the kitchen and the appliances. Host was wonderful in assisting with early check in.
The only negative is the noise from the street. However, they provided ear buds. Could use mood lighting in the living room. However, candles helped. Took awhile to get the hot water to work in the shower.
