The location was perfect, very easy to get to Chinatown and Little Italy. The subway stations were very close by. The convenience of restaurants that are close by. A CVS very close by. Plenty of coffee shops nearby. The ever so popular Soho is very close to do shopping and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this place.
My only real complaint is I did not care for the toilet placement. However, it is New York and everything is just on a smaller scale when it comes to apartments ,so it’s definitely a memory.

A very convenient location allowed us to visit everything we wanted to. This apartment was wonderful for the four people in my family. Communicating with the host was easy, and they responded so quickly, even over the holiday season.

Location In manhatten close to underground and all Tourist areas very handy, everything In flat works well and good utilities, hot water, shower pressure good, heating very strong, lighting good, is very clean and smells good, has cutlery, microwave, cooker, towels clean, fridge, 3 beds very handy and comfortable, the Landlord responds quickly on message and all information needed given, key collection is not far about 10min walk, very good Wi-Fi and even good channels on TV all rooms
Improvements - I'm a Landlord also so aim here is to Landlord of property to improve experience for future users - All relate to ergonomics, rooms cosy but room with 2 beds can be arranged better for more Space, can also consider switching bed each room other way round, radiator In 2nd bed room won't switch off very hot near head needs solution consider chanigng TRV to switch it off this I definitely advise, toilet is clean but needs water cistern moving to wall higher up out way and toilet only put against wall for leg Space it's very difficult to use toilet and clean yourself this also really needs sorting, shower pressure/heat is good but needs moving to back wall again for Space as it's very close to wall difficult clean self', the entrance to flat wasn't totally clear and looks bit intimidating however it seems In keeping with general area, we were 3 so was okay but not sure if would be okay take children, I'd consider cleaning front up a bit and clearer numbers to the flat from outside, key safe collection is near In a shop but bit difficult find it In the shop however shopkeeper was aware and pointed it out couple times otherwise was easy to use no issues, again consider signage on door etc.
Recommendation - if you are men or In group 3 and staying weekend or short time it's okay but long periods or families etc I probably wouldn't unless above points are resolved then would be good. 7/10 overall currently but with improvements could do much better happy to re-review if improved photos

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rande von Chinatown in Manhattan. Somit war die Lage für uns perfekt, da wir im südlichen Teil der Insel nach einer Unterkunft gesucht haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos.
Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen angedacht, zu dritt war sie aber schon voll. Es gibt zwei Einzelbetten und ein 140 cm breites Bett, was für zwei Personen tatsächlich sehr eng ist. Die Klimaanlage liefen die ganze Zeit und waren durch Plastikfolien abgedeckt, was schon abenteurlich anmutete. Der "Gemeinschaftsraum", eine Wohnküche ist sehr klein und bietet keine vernünftigen Sitzmöglichkeiten für vier Personen. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, die (bei 4 Personen) gerade für jeden eine kleine Tasse Kaffee bereit hält, so das wir schon zu dritt mehrfach kochen mussten um ein oder zwei Tassen Kaffee zu haben. Kaffee sollte laut Vermieter bereits in der Wohnung sein, war er auch, allerdings ganze Bohnen ohne Mühle, somit nicht nutzbar. Das Bad ist klein, es gibt nur einen geringen Wasserdruck, zum Duschen und Zähneputzen hat es aber gereicht. Die Toilette ist separat, hinter einer winzigen Tür und nur über eine zusätzliche Stufe erreichbar und unglaublich winzig. Ich bin 1,91 m und konnte nur schräg auf der Toilette sitzen und dennoch klebten meine Knie an der Wand. Der Reinigungszustand war mehr als nur verbesserungswürdig, neben Satub und Dreck lagen auch noch benutze Taschentücher auf dem Boden. Die Wohnung an sich benötigt ganz dringend eine Renovierung, besser noch eine Sanierung.
Das Gebäude gleicht einem typischen New Yorker Bau, wie man ihn sich aus Filmen in der Bronx vorstellt. Von innen und außen heruntergekommen und nicht sauber. Schmale und steile Treppen führen in die Wohnung im zweiten Stock.
Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch einen Schlüsselkasten in einem Deli gute 8 Blocks von der Wohnung entfernt. Also nochmal 10 bis 15 Minuten laufen oder etwa 15 Dollar mit dem Taxi, abhängig vom Gepäck ob man das wirklich laufen möchte.
Die Warnungen des Vermieters mit niemandem im Block zu reden oder anzuschauen, sind seltsam und führen zu einem mulmigen Gefühl, passiert ist aber nichts.
