2 Bedroom Apt with 3 Beds - Friends & Family

Hier kann man leben wie New Yorker, shabby chic, very New York Style! Das Apartment besticht durch die Lage am Rande von Soho, lower East Side, damit nahe East Village und mitten im jungen Ausgehviertel. Hier gibt es eigentlich auch keine weiteren Touristen…. ! Das Apartment ist für 2 oder 3 Personen perfekt geeignet, 4 gehen aber auch. Und es hat einen sehr fairen Preis, wenn man bedenkt, was es ansonsten kostet! Auch wenn es nicht meinen europäischen „Standards“ entsprach, würde ich hier immer wieder wohnen! Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, Supermärkte im Umkreis gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Die WC-Situation ist beengt, aber es ist immerhin separat vom Badezimmer. Das Apartment liegt zur Straße, so dass man den ganzen Charme der Geräuschkulisse einer Großstadt mitbekommt, die niemals schläft! Ich werde selbst das vermissen!

Dobra lokalizacja. Tuż obok dzielnica Włoska oraz Chińska. a także sklepy spożywcze. Aby dotrzeć do centrum potrzebowaliśmy około 20 minut wraz z dojściem do metra.

マンハッタンの中では３部屋確保のアパートとして便利で安い 近くにスーパーがあり、キッチン・食器・調味料が揃っているため食事代を抑えることが可能

バスタブがなかったのが残念 細く急な階段で3階への移動がトランクのある時はつらった。

Host was very responsive. Location was convenient for subways, and some tourist attractions were walkable.

Apartment was old and a bit dingy with a bit of character. It was in a very noisy location, and the noise got worse in the evening with bar patrons, and revving cars etc, until the early hours of the morning. No washing machine but there is a laundromat at the entrance to the building. Lots of steps to get into the apartment, steps up from the street, then two flights of stairs to the door. Apartment is small. The toilet is very small and accessed from the living room, by a high step up, about 14 inches,to the toilet floor. Quite hazardous when you open the door to exit, if you forget yourself and step down. No wash hand basin either, you have to use the basin in the bathroom. An oven but no baking trays. Kitchen cabinets are really hard to access as they are extremely high up the wall.
