About this apartment rental
Hello, if you are coming for work, you are entering a cozy home with minimal personal things. If you are coming for tourism, you added a live tourist guide to your group with my excellent recommendations of many years living in Gotham City :) Happy to be part of your group and try to make your experience eventful, and i also understand other groups that want their own privacy.
You are renting the entire apartment for yourself!

The price includes all bills/utilities (a/c, heat, water, electric, gas, DSL/wireless, phone, cable).
The aptment has 2/3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen and a bathroom.
The total surface is 800 sq feet.
Originally, it was supposed to be a 3 bedroom aptment, but instead, i put in a Dining table (fits 8)
If you are a bigger party, the dining area can be transformed into a THIRD Bedroom.
All three bedrooms come equipped with REAL beds and the living room has a sofa bed (fits 2) and an extra air mattress.

The aptment can accommodate up to 7-8 people comfortably.
1 bedroom - queen bed (sleeps 2)
2 bedroom - king bed (2)
3 bedroom – king bed (2)
Air Mattress (1)

Jai un grand aptment de 2 chambres situé a l'intersection de Bowery et Delancey, à Manhattan, à la frontière entre les quartiers Soho, Lower East Side et Chinatown (métros B, J, D, 6 - Spring St station). La surface est de 80 m2 avec cuisine équipée et grand salon. En pièce jointe vous trouverez quelques photos.
Si vous venez avec un groupe de 7personnes, je peux vous arranger pour dormir comfortablement.

Place worked out perfectly for my friend and I. Easy access to trains, and all local amenities. Great restaurants in the area, wonderful sightseeing. Recommend this spot to anyone, no complaints, no disappointments. Tony is very accessible, and was a source of good information regarding the surrounding neighborhood, and restaurants / clubs we might be interested in visiting. First time staying on Lower East Side, great trip!

Tony’s apartment is located in prime Soho. Within 2 streets distance to Whole Foods supermarket (Delancey and Houston), 3 minutes walking to the 6 Train Spring St Station and steps away from Soho, East Village and Chinatown. This is a great location where everything is reachable within steps. Tony has been and continues to be a gracious host and was accommodating with all of our requests. The apartment is big and clean, and the ammenities are excellent. Clean sheets, clean white bathroom, and the kitchen was fully furnished. He had some nice cold beers for us and made our check in experience seamless. 5 stars experience! Thank you and good luck on VRBO!
