Fabulous apartment

The apartment was small, however it was extremely well laid out and the bedrooms were a comfortable size. It was absolutely spotless and had everything you would need for a short stay. We only stayed one night but it was comfortable and we would stay again

Perfect for what we needed. Really clean and modern two bed apartment in an excellent location. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped and had coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. The beds were very comfortable and the flat was heated throughout. There was plenty of parking available onsite and on the street outside. Instructions on how to get into the apartment were very clear and any queries we had were quickly responded to.

Not a dislike but we found the heating a bit difficult to work out. Some instructions would have been useful although we could have contacted the owner via Booking.com and I would have been confident we'd have had a response back in no time.

Great location. Everything was very clean.

The fans. My bedroom was between the bathroom and the kitchen. Both had fans that stayed on for about 10 mins every time someone used them. As well as that, I could hear the fans from the property above. There was an earriwig on my bed when I was packing in the morning. I’m sure it’s just unfortunate as everything seemed really clean, although there was a ‘ dog’ smell in my bedroom ( the back one closest to toilet). On the whole it severed the purpose well but I didn’t get a brilliant sleep due to to almost falling asleep then a fan annoying me.

The location, the size of the bedrooms, the apartment was very clean, the fixtures and fittings were all new and in great condition. The owner was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to stay an extra night at zero cost because we arrived 2 days late due to travel issues.

Improved lighting in the bathroom (for shaving e.g.) and in the kitchen. The mattresses were on the hard side, but that depends on the individual.

Lovely building, ample parking, nicely decorated throughout. Clean & modern. Beds very comfy, great shower.

We were unable to work the heaters, and it was quite chilly in the apartment as it was a cold, drizzly evening.

Comfortable and clean apartment in the centre of Kirkcudbright

The apartment was in the perfect location for our event in Kirkcudbright and had plenty of parking available. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We'd definitely book again next time we travel to the area.

We only stayed for one night, but it would have felt quite cramped if it had been a longer trip as the apartment was small and we were using the sofa bed.

Overall was pleasant enough apart from the issues previously mentioned

Location of property was brilliant, access was extremely straight forward Reasonably priced

Apartment cold on arrival, difficulty with setting the heaters in the kitchen and Livingroom, these kept switching themselves off. Gutters broken or blocked over the front entrance due to the amount of rain we got soaked on leaving the building.
