Stramontel

Super gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und wirklich viel Platz in dem Zimmer. Dazu kommt eine super tolle Aussicht über die Dächer von Cagliari.

Mein einzigstes Manko war dass die Klimaanlage einen Defekt hatte und In der Nacht Wasser ausgetreten ist (bei laufendem Betrieb) und meine frische Kleidung welche in Rucksack war am kommenden Morgen komplett nass war. Leider konnte ich die Klima während meines Aufenthalts nicht nutzen - war in der Nacht dann schon sehr warm..

Très bonne communication : Réactivité et disponibilité du personnel Terrasse avec vue panoramique Emplacement idéal : nombreux arrêts de bus aux alentours (dont un au pied de l'établissement), une excellente pizzeria (Squisito) à 3mn de marche, supermarché à 3mn, aéroport à 30mn en transport Equipements : bouteilles d'eau fraîches au check-in, cuisine bien équipée, climatisation, parasol de plage

N'est pas un point négatif en soit pour des personnes en bonne condition physique et voyageant léger, mais à noter que l'appartement se trouve au 5e étage sans ascenseur

I had a wonderful time at Stramontel. The communication with the host was perfect from the beginning until the end, with the possibility of leaving my bags at the location after an early flight and checking out later. The flat itself is amazing; you can see how much thought and creativity has gone into the whole concept, with additions such as a mini bar and chromotherapy lights in the shower. There is also a coffee machine for use in the common area to start off the day with a caffeine boost The balcony is perfect for chilling and enjoying a meal made in the well-equipped kitchen. There's also a washing machine that you can use with your own detergent. While they say the flat is a bit on the outskirts of the city, I found it well connected with buses - a bus stop literally in front of the main door. There are grocery stops close by - a Coop about 5, while a Lidl 15 mins walk away. Fruit and vegetable vendors are found on the streets in the mornings with fresh produce and there are also several cafés to enjoy a morning cappuccino before heading into town or the beach. It's safe to say that I had a wonderful time at Stramontel and I will be definitely back once I return to Cagliari. Thank you so much for everything!

Location was great, communicated nicely with the city center, bed was big and comfortable, the views were nice, terrace was definitely the highlight of the room. Check in went smoothly even though we arrived very late.

We didn’t realize from the photos that the kitchen is on the terrace which wasn’t inconvenient for us due to nice weather but can be problematic eg when it’s raining.
