Della struttura Iris Rooms ho apprezzato la pulizia, il locale accogliente e arredato con buon gusto. Stanza matrimoniale con tutto il necessario a portata di mano, non tralasciando nessuna esigenza, come ad esempio la possibilità di inserire nella presa elettrica sia la luce del comodino che il mio caricabatterie del cellulare, cosa "banale" ma essenziale e tante volte in altre stanze ho dovuto staccare la luce del comodino per inserire la presa del caricatore, quindi un esempio di dettaglio non trascurabile. Il bagno pulito e ben attrezzato. Pompa di calore perfettamente funzionante. Wifi gratuito e TV a schermo piatto. Veramente un ottimo binomio servizio/prezzo La prenderò sicuramente in considerazione per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Cagliari.
Ho trovato poco attrezzata la cucina per la colazione, ma dettaglio trascurabile e facile da migliorare

Posizione centrale, strada tranquilla e silenziosa. Stanza confortevole.
Mancanza del frigorifero e televisore un pó troppo piccolo. Mancanza ascensore, un pó scomodi i 2 piani a piedi.
