posizione perfetta per spostarsi in città e al mare, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Cagliari e dalla piazza Matteotti dove prendere i bus per la spiaggia. Location eccellente in pulizia e comfort; totalmente ristrutturata finemente e fruibile per una comoda vacanza. L'host (Stefano) è una persona cordiale e disponibile e mette a proprio agio gli ospiti. Nella dotazione camera e bagno forniti anche bollitore e macchina caffè con annesse forniture, ombrellone per la spiaggia e accessori da bagno. Eccellente tutto, da tornarci sicuramente.
Non trovo aspetti da migliorare.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops, cafes, and the bus stop, which made getting around super easy. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. We also felt very welcomed, special thanks to Stefano for his warmth and hospitality!
The fridge was quite noisy at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep.
It would be great to have a shower caddy or a wall shelf in the bathroom, as we had to keep things like shampoo, soap, and shower gel on the floor, which wasn’t very convenient.
