Logement calme côté cour, agréable et confortable pour 2 personnes (bon matelas du lit). Accès rapide au centre ville ou aux bords de la Charente à pied.

J'avais choisi d'être dans le quartier de l'Houmeau pour imaginer l'univers des gabarriers de la Charente. La situation de ce gîte était parfaite, à 5 minutes de la gare et quelques centaines de mètres du port.
L'immeuble est impeccable et le logement que j'occupais également, bien organisé et décoré, très confortable et agréable à vivre.
Dans le quartier il y a les commerces essentiels et c'est aussi très pratique.

Petit logement chaleureux, confortable et fonctionnel, dans quartier sympa pas trop éloigné du centre ville (navette gratuite à proximité). Les logeurs, contactés par téléphone, sont très accueillants et efficaces.
