The communication with the owner was smooth and he replied quickly.
The appartment has everything we needed. A kitchen, seperate bedroom + bathroom.
The appartment was also clean when we got there.
Wifi connection is good and we could take the key from the keybox outside the door so it was no problem to check in a little bit earlier.
All in all a very good stay.
We spend 1 night.
If there is one thing to mention it would be the walk to the city centre. Which is uphill. Just be prepared for it but it's not a big deal. In 15-20 min you'll reach the city centre by foot.

Emplacement dans Angoulême, au rez de chaussée. Prix.
Etat des meubles de cuisine : tiroir déboité, porte et table abimés. Et manque de couverts et d'assiettes comme trop souvent.
Chambre aveugle (sans fenêtre vers l'extérieur) comme la salle d'eau.
Il y a sans doute des rongeurs dans les cloisons, on les entend se déplacer toute la nuit ! A traiter vite !
Il n'est pas envisageable de poser la voiture au pied du logement pour décharger (rue très passante), il faut porter ses affaires depuis le parking gratuit à 50m
