Locuinta mare, foarte curata, foarte bine utilata (totul aproape nou). Patul mare si comod. Camerele sunt mari, cu un spatiu de lucru extrem de comod. Apropierea de gara a fost pentru mine un atu in pus.
Cam greu sa imi dau seama de pozitia apartamentului pe strada. Fiind la parter si partial sub nivelul solului e greu sa ai ferestrele deschise. Modul de acces, cu un grilaj greu de manevrat, o si o usa la fel au fost surprizele neplacute. Configuratia locuintei face ca accesul la baie sa se faca prin dormitor; prin urmare mai greu de partajat.
