La déco de l'appartement, l'emplacement proche du centre et commerces. Sobre. Spacieux. Lumineux. Fonctionnel. Écologique. La souplesse sur mon horaire de d'arrivée et de départ.
Le bruit des locataires du dessus la première journée. La place est bruyante le soir avec des groupes de personnes qui s'alcoolisent sur cette place. Le manque des produits de bases (sel, poivre, huile) car quand on reste 3 jours on ne pas en acheter donc pas génial pour cuisiner.

Prachtig sfeevol ingericht appartement in een mooi gerenoveerd statig pand.
Hoewel de ligging dichtbij het centrum is en het mooie appartement aan een speels opgeknapt plein ligt is het door de aanwezigheid van hangjongeren niet de meest ideale plek. Daar kan de verhuurder natuurlijk niets aan doen. Hopelijk gaat de gemeente hierbij helpen.

As our stay in Angoulême was very short, my partner and I wanted an accommodation located in the city centre with all the amenities and comfort we'd need. Le petit Balzac was a lucky find and we can wholeheartedly recommand the place to any visitor to the International Capital of Comics. Our only regret was that our stay wasn't longer really! We particularly appreciated the wide and comfortable bed and the coffee machine (with some capsules provided).
