La très bonne réactivité de Cédric, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme . La terrasse/jardin très agréable. Parfait pour profiter de l’extérieur. Le quartier plaisant et sécuritaire.
La literie( matelas, oreillers) de mauvaise qualité et trop usés. La connexion wifi très instable. Utilisation de ma 3 G presque tout le temps. Les nuisances sonores ( voisins bruyants). Voisin du dessus très désagréable.

Appartement agréable + propre à mon arrivé + calme + sympathie de propriétés (je ne sais pas avec qui j'ai communiqué sur le messagerie de booking, mais au téléphone c'était avec l'agence). Nous vous inquiétez pas 😉 pour la caution et c'est déjà mentionné sur les conditions de studio avant de réserver et payer. Donc ce n'est pas du tout un arnaque, car j'avais peur au début comme tout le monde 😅.
