Alles was aanwezig in de keuken, fijn groot balkon met ochtendzon, groot (breed) tweepersoonsbed, rustige wijk recht boven supermarkt. En tegenover zit de oude, heel mooie gezellige oude wijk van Nice!
Meteen bij verlaten appartementencomplex een bushalte (vervoer van en naar vliegveld voor €1,70/rit).
Hebben de hele week niks gehoord van andere bewoners. Binnen en buiten niet, heerlijk stil en het was hoogseizoen (juli 2025)
20-25 wandelen naar boulevard/zee. Dat was best een stuk. Kunt bus of tram pakken natuurlijk.
Er is een park (begint tegenover appartement) waar je doorheen kunt lopen richting boulevard.

Un grand merci à la personne qui a fait tout pour m'arranger pour que je récupère les clés facilement. La terasse est sympa.
La climatisation ne marchait pas optimalement et l'appartement récupère beaucoup, beaucoup de chaleur

Gyakorlatilag minden. Nagyon kedves és segitőkész tulajdonos és gyönyörűen berendezett patyola tiszta lakás egy nagyon modern új építésű lakóházban. (És külön meglepetés, hogy mindennel felszerelt- mosogató és mosógép, stb) Nizza óvárosa pedig kb. 15-20 perc sétára, így tényleg minden igénynek teljesen eleget tett! Rendelkezik a lakás egy nagyon hangulatos terasszal is, nehéz lesz onnan elindulni bárhova, túlságosan kellemes ott lenni.
Nem volt ilyen, minden kiváló volt, csak ajánlani tudom!
