Nice bas Cimiez- Coquet F1, climatisée, Parking

The location is very convenient like it is very close to bus stops & a grocery store is nearby too. People with cars can enjoy it more since there is private parking at the premises. The apartment is small but very cozy & comfortable. Perfect for couples. Cleanliness is very well maintained & the apartment is well equipped with almost everything you may need(hair dryer, vacuum, iron & table, washing machine etc). There was even a parasol which we took to the beach one day. TV had Netflix which we enjoyed after coming back from a long day. And John is a lovely host. He is friendly & responds to any concerns efficiently 🩵

Just something to look into for a better future experience. The bathroom shower area could use a fully covered glass door instead of half glass. Since the bathroom is small, which is not an issue but during showering lots of water splashes out of the shower place so the entire bathroom floor gets messy! So it can get a little inconvenient. Other than that everything was perfect.

Il letto traballava e il materasso era durissimo. I muri sono molto sottili e si sentiva tutto quello che facevano i vicini. Le finestre non chiudono bene e non isolano dai rumori della strada. La pulizia quando siamo arrivati era piuttosto scarsa.
