Mulhouse City Loft

L’accueil par le propriétaire a été très efficace. Il a pu nous renseigner sur toutes nos questions . L’espace commun est très sympa ,de plus des frigos et une cafetière dernier cri sont à disposition…gratuitement

Le manque de lumière dans la partie commune ,proche de la table pourrait être le principal point négatif .Un lustre ou une applique pourrait rendre le repas du soir plus sympa.( plutôt que de sortir les lampes des chambres 😂)

Die Lage ist super zentral. Die Straßenbahn hält quasi direkt vor der Tür. Das Loft liegt am Ende der Einkaufsstraße. Perfekt zum shoppen und zum Essen gehen. Man hat alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das historische Gebäude ist von außen sehr eindrucksvoll und von Innen hat man den modernen Loftstil. Den Kontrast finde ich extrem cool! Der Check-in ist im self-service, es gibt keine Rezeption. Alle Infos wurden mir per Video auf mein Handy geschickt, das hat gut funktioniert. Mein Bett war bequem. Das Zimmer minimalistisch und praktisch eingerichtet. Es war sauber und es gab einen großen SmartTV, perfekt um ein bisschen zu chillen. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Morgens gibt’s Kaffee um sonst, was will man mehr? Bäcker gibt es mehrere links und rechts vom Gebäude.Ansonsten gibt es noch einen Snackautomaten im Gemeinschaftsraum. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Für wenig Geld, bekommt man sehr viel. Wenn ich in Mulhouse bin dann werde ich nur noch hier übernachten.

Es ist ein bisschen hellhörig.

Qualitatif sauf un problème

Dans une des chambres. lyon je crois. Il y a une odeur de tabac froid intempestive qui est désagréable. Et impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour renouveler l’air.

Very central location, within walking distance to bakeries, shops, and main sights. There are also parking spots and parking garages nearby. When we had a problem with the shower, it was fixed the next day. The host responds quickly via WhatsApp even though there is no reception, and check-in was easy thanks to a clear video tutorial.

Very noisy! Loud music from the loft starts early in the morning and continues until late at night. Once that stops, the club below turns up their music, so you can hear bass and noise throughout the night. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything the neighbors say or do. The front door to the loft doesn’t close or lock properly, which feels strange given there is a keycode system. Cleanliness could be improved: the bathroom mat was not cleaned before arrival (it had a lot of hair and dust), the shower was not clean, and the window seals had clearly not been dusted for a long time.
