+ Titti is truly an exceptional, warm, and attentive host! She helped us so much with train schedules, local recommendations, directions, and was incredibly kind and understanding with everything during our stay. + The location is also great, with quick access to transport and convenience stores open until midnight nearby. Be prepared for a daily workout! Genoa is full of steps and steep streets, so you’ll definitely get your steps in just getting to and from the apartment. 😆

-humidity: Since the apartment is on a lower level (built into the hillside), there is a strong dampness and persistent mold/musty smell that lingers throughout the entire floor and inside the apartment. There are two AC units with dehumidifying functions, but they struggle to fully clear the air. If you have mold allergies or respiratory sensitivities, this is definitely something to keep in mind. Since I have a diagnosed mold allergy, I personally reacted quite strongly to the air. -Mosquitoes: Bring some repellent or plug-in anti-mosquito devices, as there are no window screens. Titti's hospitality is easily a 10/10, but the structural humidity makes the living comfort challenging for anyone sensitive to damp air.

The perfect location on a clean street and building. A great place to relax from the heat and sun, very comfortable mattress and pillows.

Convenient location in walking distance of Brignole Station. Facilities were excellent and apartment was comfortable. Host was very helpful with recommendations of where to go and local restaurants.

Apartment in basement so little natural light. Quite a steep walk up from station so not for everyone but fine for us.
