We had such a fantastic stay at Oakdene Forest Park and genuinely couldn’t fault a thing! The location was brilliant for exploring the surrounding area. We had a lovely time visiting Bournemouth, Durdle Door and the beautiful Dorset coastline, with so many gorgeous places to explore nearby. It was the perfect base for getting out and about during the day and then coming back to a lovely, comfortable caravan in the evening. The swimming facilities were excellent, with both the indoor and outdoor pools being brilliant and a great addition to our stay. The caravan itself was excellent and really well equipped. The bedding and towels, park passes were provided, along with tea , coffee, shower gel , hand soaps and cleaning products ,which was such a thoughtful touch. It really felt like everything had been provided to make our stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. A special mention has to go to our hosts, David and Rose, who were absolutely excellent. They were lovely, welcoming hosts and made everything so easy from start to finish. We genuinely have no complaints. We had a wonderful holiday, enjoyed the facilities at the park and couldn’t have asked for a better caravan or hosts. We would 100% stay again and would highly recommend David and Rose’s caravan to anyone looking for a lovely base to explore Dorset. ❤️

Very convenient. The property was clean and although we were in the middle of the heatwave there was a good breeze with all the windows open. They also provided a fan for the main bedroom. The swimming facilities were great for our kids (primary age), a good number of pools and the slide was loved.

There were a couple of broken items, which they told us about on the day. I would say the messages read as if this was newly discovered by the cleaners, but seems it had been ongoing for a while. There were also a lot of ants, but that may just be caravan life.

The location, pools/restaurant/shop/bar on site, inside was very modern and well kept up to date. Bus stop 10minute walk, not far in the car to local town 15mins. Both host were excellent.

Honestly, everything was fantastic — we had a wonderful time. The accommodation is very well equipped; it had practically everything you might need. We even bought salt and oil from the small shop (which was right next to the reception, with a surprisingly wide selection and very good prices), but when we got back and started unpacking, we realised those were already provided as well. The food in the restaurant was also excellent, and the staff were wonderful. It’s an absolutely amazing place.
