End-of-Vacations three night relax stay.

Adding to my previous review, not clearly advertised this house boasts access to a shared (and heated) condo pool where you can swim in any season: a paradise for the triathlete passing by, considering that during summer access on the sea is meters away from the dedicated promenade access, a place where you can run next to the sea safe from any traffic. The place is quiet (except from the neighboring apartment with a loud tv set) and the money for value ratio is much better than the hotels nearby, probably including the 5* option you can see from the apartment's windows.

The place needs some minor internal refurbishing, a microwave oven, and a fridge panel, but there is nothing that can limit a pleasant stay.

Pernottamento a fine vacanze.

Con rierimento ad una mia review precedente, anche se non esplicitamente espresso questo appartamento permette l'accesso ad una piscina condominiale riscaldata dove è possibile nuotare dalle 9 alle 21 in qualsiasi stagione: considero location un piccolo paradiso per il triatleta, considerando che anche l'accesso al mare è a pochi metri di distanza attraverso un accesso diretto alla passeggiata di nervi dove si può correre senza problemi di traffico su un percorso dedicato di 2km SUL mare. L'appartamento è silenzioso ed offre un rapporto prezzo/qualità superiore probabilmente anche al 5* che si vede dalla finestra dell'appartamento

L'appartamento avrebbe solo bisogno di qualche rifinitura (un forno a microonde in luogo di quello termico, un pannello per il frigorifero) e l'unico vero problema è stata la televisione del vicino.

Appartamento situato in contesto signorile, host molto disponibile

Il bagno in pessime condizioni di pulizia, muffa nel soffitto, tra le piastrelle della doccia e anche la tenda doccia piena di punti di muffa, cesto biancheria vicino alla lavatrice pieno di roba sporca ( probabilmente di ospiti precedenti) fili volanti e prolunghe ovunque ( requisiti minimi di sicurezza per un’alloggio destinato ad affitti brevi inesistenti), trappole per striscianti e blatte ovunque e non azzardatevi a spostare minimamente il divano c’è sporco risalente al paleolitico

Ottima posizione e comodità dell'appartamento.

Comodo appartamento inserito in un contesto di pregio e in ottima posizione. Adatto anche per 4 persone. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e comodo se si vuole raggiungere Genova centro. Ideale anche per visitare il bel quartiere di Genova Nervi e fare la splendida passeggiata di Anita Garibaldi da cui si può ammirare un panorama veramente unico.

Appartamento necessità di una ristrutturazione. Soprattutto il bagno. La vicinanza con la stazione ferroviaria potrebbe dare fastidio ma i treni non circolano di notte e riprendono dopo le 6 di mattina.

Echt perfecte locatie als uitvalsbasis met auto voor bezoek Genua

De perfecte locatie om te logeren wanneer je met de auto naar Genua gaat. Residentie is zeer aangenaam. Rustig, veilig, afgesloten. Ideaal. Zo kan je het drukke verkeer in Genua vermijden. Nervi zelf ook zeer rustig en fijn om te vertoeven. Treinstation op 1 minuut lopen. Op 15 min ben je in centrum Genua. Treinen rijden 4x per uur. Perfect. Appartement zelf was voor ons zeer aangenaam. We voelden ons thuis! Alles was proper. Badkamer is zalig jaren 70 vibe :-) Lakens waren zacht 😀 Communicatie met host verliep snel en prima! Bedankt!

De douche kan inderdaad nagekeken worden of misschien instructies om hem juist te kunnen gebruiken? Dit zou best opgelost moeten worden.

Posizione , parcheggio e contesto apprezzabili ma l’appartamento manca di manutenzione e cura

Posizione e contesto dell’immobile molto apprezzabile, anche se vicinissimo alla stazione e quindi si sentivano sia i treni passare sia gli annunci

L’appartamento necessita di manutenzione. Doccia non funzionale e non ha doccino, i rubinetti del lavandino di bagno e cucina perdono, resti di alimenti aperti negli scaffali della cucina. Una perdita ( segnalata dall’host) dall’appartamento soprastante faceva gocciolare acqua dal soffitto. Speravo in uno sconto…. Alcune prese non funzionavano.

Soltanto la posizione

Appartamento non corrisponde alla descrizione. Non c'è camera da letto,non c'è letto alla francese. Ci sono soltanto i divani nel soggiorno. Pareti coperte di muffa, doccia con tenda ammuffita (non ci sono le porte come mostrato in foto). Scatola di presa di corrente aperta con cavi scoperti. Assolutamente sconsigliato, pericoloso e insalubre.

A due passi dal centro, dal mare e dalla passeggiata A. Garibaldi. Zona tranquilla, stazione ferroviaria vicina comodissima per visitare Genova senza dover muovere l’auto. Nel sito alla voce condizioni della struttura e’ indicata l’assenza di connessione Internet, ma il router è presente e la connessione perfetta
