Ty Twt

I stayed here for 52 nights. For the price this stay was brilliant value, it had a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, two bedrooms, and a little terrace! Wifi was strong and connection reached all parts of the house. Nice quiet location, easily accessible to bigger towns. Loved the hosts, they were incredibly responsive and clearly cared about their property and the people staying in it. The bathroom was beautiful, and probably one of the best showers I've had staying in hotels and other accommodations. I liked the fact that the kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils and a fridge, which made doing a weekly food shop easy. The fridge has a small single shelf ice box as a freezer, but I still managed to fit several meals in it without issue. It really feels like a little home from home.

The parking was a little hit and miss as it is terrace housing down the street. If you don't mind parking in adjacent streets or down the street then you won't have an issue. I managed to park in front of the house on the road close to the fence, but checked with next door first as it is right outside their living room window and I felt bad without asking. I stayed here for a university work placement heading towards Oswestry each day, and learned the traffic can be very unpredictable. As long as you account for this in your travel time you are fine however, and the hosts were very open about this when I asked before booking. The only thing I didn't like about the property itself was the kitchen window overlooks a small courtyard where someone stores their bins, so I wish it had a frosted window or a small blind. But besides that, it's a perfect little property and I would highly recommend.
