Do not stay here all the problems we had as above. The staff were extremely unhelpful, lied about getting things done. L

Broken sofa, plug sockets hanging off the wall (very dangerous), heating not working, sink leaking in bathroom, carpet falling off the stairs, rubbish in the garden, open and moldy food left in the kitchen, dirty mops and cloths left in the utility room. List of rules and fines

It’s a scam, don’t recommend.

At they of our arrival we got a message that because “there is a risk there will be a party” they need to cancel our stay. Explanation - “5 people without kids for sure will make a problems”. Very not nice and unprofessional, luckily we found other accommodation.

Horrible

The location was good because there was a grocery shop nearby, and the neighbourhood was quiet too.

The hygiene was bad, there were like stains on the bedsheet. And cobwebs nearly everywhere in the house. The fridge didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it even though they knew beforehand. The washer didn’t work neither. Only the dishwasher worked. And they had all those extra rules that wasn’t discussed. It didn’t even feel like a vacation because we had to walk on eggshells. A lot of things were broken and dirty like the closet. And the stairs. I wouldn’t recommend anyone goes there if they don’t fix every thing. They should hire professional cleaners for one that is a tip.And communication was terrible we had to wait long and they were talking so condescending very rude.

We were confirmed entry at 3pm but never got in till 6pm. Front door was almost impossible to close (30 minutes). Windows and doors were not secure. Communication was difficult.

Ideal pour un week-end a Disney

Maison bien situé dans un quartier calme avec accès pour garer la voiture dans la cour avec portail le électrique

Quand nous sommes arrivés, il faisait 14° dans le logement, autant vous dire qu'il faisait très froid à notre arrivée. Le ménage, le sol n'était pas super propre non plus. Il y a quelques détails comme des prises qui sortent du mur, la cuvette des toilettes du haut qui ne tient pas, des taches de peinture dans les escaliers, etc. Mais ces détails ne gênent en rien la location ni le séjour.

Casa in quartirere residenziale, tranquilla e molto comoda per famiglie.

La casa è grande e ben distribuita, di costruzione recente. Dotazione sufficiente. Contatto permanente con l'agenzia che mi chiamava e mi scriveva regolarmente. Mi hanno concesso un late check-out per compensare il problema all'arrivo: i letti non erano ancora fatti e non c'erano gli ascigumani quindi la casa era completamente funzionante alle 20:00 invece delle 17:30, orario previsto del mio arrivo. Quartiere molto tranquillo residenziale a 10 minuti in auto dal centro di Meaux. E' essenziale essere automunito.

Il problema all'arrivo come descritto prima ma comunque sono stati attenti e mi hanno permesso di andare via più tardi. Il cancello automatico non funzionova e ho dovuto lasciarlo aperto per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Nicht geeignet für kurzen Urlaub und schon gar nicht mit Kindern

Leider gar nichts. Es war nichts sauber Möbel waren kaputt

Wir hatten defekte Möbel , es war nicht gut sauber. Es war Tinte auf dem Boden Kaputter Backofen und dreckige Bleche, kaputtes Tor. Kaputtes Sofa. Man darf die Unterkunft nicht so betreten wie man möchte da einem vorgeschrieben wird das man, das Haus nicht zu oft verlassen oder betreten darf. Da man sonst die Kaution behält. Leider kann ich nicht alle Fotos laden

Het huis is netjes en schoon de omgeving is mooi het heeft een mooie grote tuin waar me kinderen lekker van hebben genoten.

De bedden sliepen niet echt lekker Maar goed te doen.

Het was goed

De ruimte was perfect en het was schoon. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Bedden opgemaakt en er waren handdoeken aanwezig. Voor naar Eurodisney heb je wel een auto nodig, maar is 20 min rijden en dan ben je er. Al met al zeer tevreden.

We kregen de deur niet op slot, maar hadden telefonisch contact met iemand die het uit kon leggen.

CELA NE CORRESPOND PAS AU DESCRIPTIF et a ce qu'on n'avait imaginé . DEMANDE DE GESTE COMMERCIAL

LA SITUATION ET LE CALME ET LE NOMBRE DE CHAMBRE . LE JARDIN .

Impossible d'avoir un retour malgré plusieurs appels et nombreux mails envoyées à BOOKINH et à l'adresse mail qui figure sur la RESERVATION à chaque fois PERSONNE ne réagissait malgré nos demandes d'aides sachant qu'un ADULTE ETAIT EN SITUATION DE HANDICAP . Serrure porte d'entrée , lit chambre du bas avec un trou + tiroir de la table de chevet se déboite si on met la moindre chose , problème avec le ballon nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude durant 2 soirs sachant que nous revenions d'activités , problèmes avec une fenêtre qui ne se referme pas au niveau du salon et en plus fenêtre casser au niveau des menuiseries , IMPOSSIBLE DE REGARDER LA TV CAR PROBLEMES DE REGLAGES DES CHAINES , etc. …

Betten könnten größer sein und so ganz sauber war es beim genauen hinschauen nicht , aber noch vertretbar. Hatten im oberen Stockwerk viele Raupen.
