About this apartment rental

Large new 140 m2 apartment that can accommodate up to 10 people.
This apartment will seduce you with its comfort, its brightness and its large terrace with its breathtaking view of the Seine.
It consists:
A fully equipped kitchen with a large central island, dishes, utensils, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
The living room has a large convertible corner sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV screen.
There are 4 bedrooms:
- 1 bedrooms with a 140 x 200 double bed and a TV screen
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 200
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a dressing room and a TV screen
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 + 1 bunk bed 1 person 90 x 190
There are 2 bathrooms with Italian shower, sink and heated towel rail.
A large terrace with barbecue and deckchair.
This place is ideal for families on vacation or for work.
Close to all amenities.
You are 5 minutes walk from the RER D which takes you in 11 minutes to Gare de Lyon.
Quiet and family-friendly place, reservations for parties or birthdays will be refused.
There is a parking space available;
Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

The property is absolutely gorgeous - offering a gorgeous view of the Seine river, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the RER stop, and is easy to get to downtown Paris. The apartment is spacious, has all the amenities and is kid-friendly. Our kids particularly loved playing on the terrace and seeing boats go by on the river.Laetitia is an amazing host - she was very attentive, and proactively kept checking in to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend this stay!

Laetitia was a 5*host in a 5*property. We were 2 couples and 2 singles, so we required a 4 bedroom. Our needs were definitely met. The design of the apartment was perfect, and we all had our privacy. The bedrooms were spacious. We were a 15 min walk from the st georges train station, which was an easy 4 stop 45 min commute to downtown Paris. Also the location was very close to Orly, maybe a 12 min drive. We spent a lot of time enjoying the terrace watching the ships pass by. During our 10 day stay we cooked our own meals about half the time and found the kitchen to be suitably stocked for our needs. 2 secure parking spots were required and available which was a huge bonus, as well as the washer/dryer and dishwasher. We would not hesitate to stay at Laetitia's apartment again. Her attention to detail, response time and overall concern for our well-being was unmatched. As Canadians, her warmth made us feel right at home:-)

With easy access to transit lines, this apartment was perfect for my family. We stayed about a week and enjoyed the quiet of the neighbourhood but could enter Paris easily. The train into Paris was easy to navigate. I enjoyed our stay very much.

The place was so much fun to stay at. It had comfortable beds, beautiful italian showers and heated towel racks and a stunning view from the living room or balcony/patio. 10/10 would stay again when in Paris.

We stayed here for one week, using the proximity to Villeneuve St. Georges railstation to visit Paris every day. On average it took us 30–45 min to get to locations in Paris, including the walk to the train station. The appartment is very spacious, allowing our children to have separate rooms of their own. The large sofa was nice for relaxing after the trips to paris. The nearby airport means it can get a bit loud on the patio, but air traffic stopped at 10 pm, so sleeping was no problem. The appartment is on top of the building where you get a good view over the Seine. It was nice to have a barbecue on the patio.

I was overly pleased with the apartment and the owner. The place was great, beautiful view and close to grocery store,, restaurants and transportation. The owner was great as well. Whenever I asked a question she made sure to send the answer. She went over and beyond. The home is just as pictured. I will refer everyone who is going to paris to stay at this apartment. We will be back.

I have a family of 7 that decided to come to Paris and spend the holidays here. The communication with the property manager was great! She always replied really fast and was very helpful. My family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Overall great place to stay!! Traffic was the only downside with the property being on average 35 minutes from the city center or Paris. It often took us an hour or more in traffic to get downtown. However that doesn’t have anything to do with the property itself. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Waterfront view of the Seine river was breathtaking.

The actual property was very nice with nice views, however it was far from the city and the public transportation was no good. We end up hiring a taxy for all the day's we were there and it cost 190.00 euros every day. A expense that was not in the planning. Leticia is a very good person on every way and she was there when needed.

We had a superb time with our family of 8 adults.really spacious and modern apartment with lovely views over the river.easy to get into Paris on RER train without too much expense .Also went to Disney for 2days which is easy to get to.would definitely recommend to another family.Letitia kept in contact by WhatsApp and booked us taxi back to train station.wondrful experience

The property was adequately able to house 9 people and was walking distance to amenities and the train. The location was great for getting around and the view of the river was relaxing and scenic. We would stay there again!

This property was as-advertised and in overall good condition. The owner was a very kind and helpful host, and they were always there when we needed them for help, including last-minute taxis to the airport, that was a life-saver! The apartment is a spacious and clean and perfect for 2-3 families with or without children. The train station (RER D) is approx. 12-15 minutes away, depending on how fast you walk, and the nearest full-service grocery store is approx. 15 minutes (bring your own bags). This is a perfect VRBO for a large group on a budget that doesn't mind the extra time and effort required to get to one of the three central Paris train stations in order to have more "fun" money to spend. But, be prepared to travel by train for about an hour each morning to get to central Paris. Also, Uber worked great from CDG to the apartment, but do not count on Uber to get you back to CDG. Instead, download "G7" and plan to use this taxi service. They were on time and slightly cheaper than Uber getting us back to CDG. A wonderful first trip to Paris, and thanks to this great VRBO!

Large 4 bedroom apartment, modern and clean and provided plenty of space for our large family of 9 to be accommodated without feeling like we were all on top of each other. Leititia was a great host who was very responsive to our enquires before and during our stay. The wifi was a little patchy and slow, but otherwise a great apartment with great views of the river, and conveniently only a 10 minute walk to Villenuvue St George’s train/RER Station
