Pobyt w obiekcie był bardzo udany. Obiekt był utrzymany w dużej czystości. Mimo krótkiego pobytu regularnie wymieniano ręczniki i sprzątano pokój. Dużym plusem była również klimatyzacja, która działała bez zarzutów. Na ogromne wyróżnienie zasługuje personel. Bardzo pomocny, życzliwy i zawsze szybko odpowiadający na wiadomości. Zameldowanie zostało świetnie wyjaśnione, dzięki czemu wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Lokalizacja jest idealna na weekendowy wyjazd. Do centrum Pizy można dojść spacerem w około 25–30 minut, co było dla nas bardzo wygodne. Jeśli ktoś planuje wynająć samochód, warto również wspomnieć, że w okolicy można znaleźć bezpłatne miejsca parkingowe. Parking bezpośrednio przy obiekcie jest natomiast płatny.

Nie znaleźliśmy żadnych rzeczy, które mogłyby nam się nie podobać.

The room was spacious, very clean, and excellently equipped. The bed was also highly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep

It is not obvious from the photos, but only two ground-floor rooms have access to the terrace. Upper-floor rooms don't have it at all. All rooms cost the same, but distribution seems completely random. The soundproofing leaves much to be desired. You can easily hear the neighbors, and on top of that, airplanes fly directly over the hotel while landing. The shared kitchen directly adjoins one of the guest rooms, which makes using it a bit awkward. Also, all the plates provided are plastic. Additionally, we experienced an issue with the washing machine during our stay. On our last day, they left a bottle of champagne in the room likely an attempt to smooth things over, which was a nice gesture
