Apartment was clean and in a great location. Well equipped kitchen.

It smelled musty when entering apartment, particularly in the small bathroom but it permeated throughout apartment. Having to empty air con bucket - never had to do that in the many apartments I’ve stayed in. The ‘it is forbidden to’ notices around the complex and in particular the pool area made it seem like we were a nuisance to the ‘community’. Very strict about closing the pool between 3pm and 5pm. Lots of rules there - too many to list here. Took a small inflatable to lie on when sunbathing - not to use in pool - but it was forbidden. Might be useful to signpost the depth of the pool instead of signposting the need to tie hair back when swimming! One hand towel and very small bath towel for an eight night stay (yes there was a washing machine but who wants go out and buy soap powder and wash on holiday)! Very detailed rule book so we knew what we couldn’t do but the information booklet mentioned the need for pool passes to gain access. We looked everywhere for them and traipsed up to Plaza Estates for help and was told we didn’t need them in low season (now putting that in the information pack might have been a good idea). Also told that the room safe was for owner’s use only but we later found the instructions to set up the safe code. Conflicting information there.
