Die Lage ist hervorragend direkt am Meer mit der Möglichkeit viele Sträne fußläufig zu erreichen.Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.Die Wohnung ist groß und schlau konzipiert,dass große Schlafzimmer und Bad sind durch eine extra Tür abgetrennt.Die Küche bietet alles,was man braucht.Die Matratzen sind angenehm fest. In der Wohnung stehen Strandutensilien zur Verfügung.Der Balkon bietet seitlichen unverbauten Meerblick und ist gut gegen die Mittagssonne geschützt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und die Bademeisterin sehr nett,auch Familien mit großen Kindern können sich hier wohl fühlen.Man darf Sonnenschirme aufstellen. Alle Menschen waren sehr nett und offen und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief sehr nett und reibungslos. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam

Uns hat alles gefallen,wenn man im Hochsommer hierher kommt weiß man,dass es voll ist und das es keine Parkplätze gibt und richtet sich entsprechend ein.Das bietet keinen Kritikpunkt.

Location. Swimming pool. Air con good. Kitchen immaculate.

Main shower is small with curtains that stick to you, horrible. Poor quality of bathroom fittings need upgrading. Walls paper thin can hear noises in adjoining properties. Quite basic generally.

The location of the property is fantastic. It is spacious and the veranda/ balcony is beautiful for some afternoon lunch. The apartment is exceptionally clean on arrival!! The rooms are comfortable and the apartment offered plenty of additives such as umbrellas for the pool, iron and board and towels. The complex itself is beautiful and quiet offering a perfect place to relax.

It is not mentioned anywhere in the booking process that the communal pool in the property closes between 3pm and 5pm daily. This was inconvenient as you must pack up and leave and go back down( no belongings can be left) The older male lifeguard is exceptionally rude. (Not the fault of the property owner) but this was a real let down for us. The balcony whilst beautiful gets very hot due to the air con unit blowing hot air from rooms out - it also has a Perspex roof meaning it traps the heat. The shower in the small bathroom is not practical as it is too small.

Location is right beside the sea and a short walk to Balcon de Europa which is the main area of the city. The apartment is clean, neat and well maintained. Plenty of facilities etc.

The pool! Surrounded on three sides by signs telling us what was 'Mandatory' and 'Forbidden'. Very unwelcoming. The staff at the pool had the father of two young girls tormented with instructions on how quiet they should be. For the record, they seemed like lovely kids having a good time. Nothing out of hand. Also it closed for two hours each day at exactly the time you'd like to cool down. The apartment was listed as having a sea view. It does, in fact, face another apartment across a walkway. Yes, you can see the sea but you have to look out sideways from the balcony.
