The view was amazing and apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable staff were smiley & friendly too

No aircon BUT ceiling fans helped a fair bit

What an amazing apartment and wonderful staff! The location is perfect—right on the beach and within easy walking distance of the Balcón de Europa. We did have an issue with our first apartment, but the staff responded quickly and efficiently, resolving it without any hassle. The apartment doesn't have air conditioning, which I was aware of before booking, and it wasn't a problem at all. The ceiling fan kept the apartment pleasantly cool throughout our stay. The complex itself is very well maintained, and the staff work hard to keep everything in excellent condition. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

As previously stated we had a problem with our first apartment that I would assume was out of their control and it was quickly resolved.

location, beach front very clean, credit to the cleaners secure grounds sea view, stunning lovely gardens, very well kept great shower, always hot water kitchen on site restaurant, more nice restaurants and bars nearby 15 min walk to the Balcon and old town perfect wifi,

dated property minimal soap provided on arrival, small tube, and loo rolls, 2, had to buy more refused to provide kitchen bin liner when full towels, washed and dried on site, baked in the sun, crispy, great for exfoliating told a number of times 'this is not a hotel' note, steps from ground floor to first and second floor apartments, steep ramp down to reception and ground floor apartments
