Casa Alquiler vacacional Nerja zona Torrecilla

Myself and my husband stayed here for 2 weeks in May-June 2026. It is a refurbished town house on 2 levels. It's obvious that this property was recently refurbished as everything seemed very new and in good condition. It was spotlessly clean and all the linens and towels were of a very high quality. The beds were exceptionally comfortable (especially in the master bedroom, which has a double and large single bed). The extra bedroom is very small but everything was nice. The outside space was lovely (a front patio which is walled and feels very private) and a lovely big roof terrace with sea views. Great kitchen facilities if you like to cook (which I do) - great having a proper oven and good workspace. The agency we dealt with seemed very professional and efficient. The water and bottle of wine upon arrival were a nice touch - and a little cleaning pack in the kitchen and soap and shower gel in the bathroom. A good supermarket nearby (Mas) about a 5 minute walk form the property. This is a very local barrio, and though you are close to the sea and town centre, it didn't feel too touristy at all, which we really enjoyed. Good air conditioning in all rooms bar the bathroom.

We could hear our neighbours quite a lot. The walls were quite thin - a small child next door and it could get quite noisy at times. Some DIY banging and drilling too! There was also some street works going on during our stay with work beginning early in the morning - but this can't really be helped. The door into the utility area needs some attention, as a rod and screw from the side of the door just fell out when we opened it one day. There seems to be an electrical fault with the fan in the main bedroom - it would frequently shut itself off after a couple of minutes. We stopped using it because of this. While it suited us, I would say this might not be a great fit for anyone with small children as the steps up to the terrace are extremely steep and the railing doesn't feel the most secure. I'd be very careful using it after a few drinks too! There are enough beds to sleep maybe 6 or 7 people , but there is only one sofa in the living area. I would suggest moving the dining table so it is horizontal to the kitchen window to free up more space for a double sofa or some armchairs. A dishwasher would be great too (especially for a holiday let). A few small bins in the bathroom and bedrooms would be useful A mirror in the small bedroom would also be appreciated. Also, please could you think about leaving guests with more than one set of keys. This was quite inconvenient for us and we were only 2 people!

Härlig takterrass ☀️ med havsutsikt. Men man fick bära dynor upp o ner varje gång, saknade ngn typ av förvaring där uppe…Terassen var så stor så det hade fått plats, och det fanns bara dynor till solstolarna … Var även en stor altan vid entrén inte heller där några dynor till stolarna. Lgh var okej, med mycket bra läge. MEN …..

Saknade info pärm… Helt ärligt—hur ska man kunna städa med en sopborste o skyffel OCH en SVABB…. Damm o lös smuts som bara flyger omkring….Men hallå det är 2026 även i Spanien!!!!! Smutsig matta under soffbord, rullade ihop och la bakom soffan, lakan kändes oljiga hårda o sträva, tvättade direkt på morgon dagen efter vi kommit, som tur var hade vi med eget tvätt pulver….Och — det var inga bäddmadrasser i sängarna????? Ingen värme i badrum/ toa med tanke på att vi var där i februari så är det kallt natten/ morgon…. FRUKTANSVÄRT HÖGLJUDD Granne, spelades det inte hög musik, så var det TV:n med HÖGT LJUD långt in på småtimmarna…. Och gap o skrik……🙉

Beliggenheten var meget bra, det var nye hvitevarer og nyrenovert bad.

Først og fremst naboen som holdt oss våkene til langt på natt. Andre dag i oppholde måtte vi ta opp sluket på badet for det var helt tett. Det var 80 høye trappetrinn fra takterrassen til toalettet og tilbake.
