Enjoy this cosy one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed, ideal for up to 4 people.The best thing about it is its prime location on Calle Castilla Pérez, one of Nerja’s main streets. This accommodation offers the perfect balance: a peaceful night’s sleep for a restful night’s rest and proximity to everything you need.

Just a stone’s throw from Torrecilla Beach: Enjoy the promenade and the best sunsets on the coast

Food and leisure: Just a few metres from Plaza de los Cangrejos, famous for its wide range of restaurants and live performances on summer evenings

Sightseeing and nightlife: The iconic Balcón de Europa is just an 8-minute walk away, as is the main area for pubs and bars.

The building has a lift; the flat is on the fourth floor. The terrace runs along one entire side, from the living room to the bedroom.

The living-dining room, with large windows, is very bright. Small kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer and a breakfast bar. Bathroom with shower. Bedroom with a double bed.

Its central location allows you to get around Nerja without needing to take the car.

The property is provided with bed linen and towels for your stay.During the winter months, the property is available for long-term rentals, with a minimum stay of 2 months. Please contact us for pricing and requirements.

We spent 46 great nights here. At the end it felt like a real home from home and we would have loved to have stayed longer.Kathrin, our host, was more than helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Superb location with plenty of amenities on the doorstep.

Muchas gracias por todo! Ha sido una estancia excelente. Excelente elección. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Apenas caminando a 3 minutos de la playa, y súper cerca del casco urbano. Tiene cerca restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados por lo que no es necesario el coche para nada. Puedes aparcar y olvidarte! El apartamento está muy bien planteado. Tiene de todo, lo que lo convierte en una excelente opción. La atención de la anfitriona excelente.
