Food and leisure: Just a few metres from Plaza de los Cangrejos, famous for its wide range of restaurants and live performances on summer evenings
Sightseeing and nightlife: The iconic Balcón de Europa is just an 8-minute walk away, as is the main area for pubs and bars.
The building has a lift; the flat is on the fourth floor. The terrace runs along one entire side, from the living room to the bedroom.

We spent 46 great nights here. At the end it felt like a real home from home and we would have loved to have stayed longer.Kathrin, our host, was more than helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Superb location with plenty of amenities on the doorstep.

Excelente elección. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Apenas caminando a 3 minutos de la playa, y súper cerca del casco urbano. Tiene cerca restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados por lo que no es necesario el coche para nada. Puedes aparcar y olvidarte! El apartamento está muy bien planteado. Tiene de todo, lo que lo convierte en una excelente opción. La atención de la anfitriona excelente.
