Ubicación excelente y preciosas vistas al mar, instalaciones en buen estado y completas.
La limpieza del apartamento es muy mejorable. Los rincones estaban bastante sucios. El sofá-cama es incómodo y no posee almohadas.

Die zentrale Lage, die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Helligkeit.
Die Ausstattung in der Küche: stumpfe Messer, zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr, alte Pfannen mit beschädigten Beschichtungen, alte Schneidebretter. Der Wäscheständer war alt und defekt. Über der Eingangstür war eine große Ritze und die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig, aus den Nachbarwohnungen konnte man Geräusche bis hin zum Schnarchen der Nachbarn hören und auch den Baulärm der Baustelle schräg gegenüber. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht besonders. Eine Begrüßungsrede-/ Infomappe in der Wohnung wäre auch schön gewesen.
