The apartment is clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The extra touch of a robe for guests was really appreciated! The property is close to Dean Village and an easy 20-25 minute walk from the royal mile. If you don’t like walking as much as I do, the transit system is great in Edinburgh and it’s easy and inexpensive to catch a bus wherever you want to go. After a day of exploring Edinburgh, the property is just steps from the Water of Leith. You can walk toward (or to!) the ocean, or walk away from the ocean for a rest from your busy day by listening to the water and the birds in an uncrowded area.
Instructions for the appliances might have been helpful for people like me, who are not familiar with the appliances in Scotland. But I figured it out!

The apartment was very clean, tidy, pretty and had all the required necessities. The owners were lovely and responsive with all be details.
