Quaint apartment with some serious issues

Price, quirky historical building, Dinant is a lovely town

Not suitable for visitors with young children or dogs. There is an open tread staircase with a half landing that has no banister or infill, it's just a ledge with a drop of about two metres, so could be very dangerous. Also, the shower was broken in such a way that you could not regulate the temperature. It was stuck on the hottest setting, which risks burning. When we reported this to the owner we were not sure our concern was taken very seriously.

Fantastisch verblijf unieke combinatie

De combinatie van een brocante winkel, een cafe en een bed & breakfast in een oude school / kapel is fantastisch. Olivier spreekt ook Nederlands dus dat was erg makkelijk. Kinderen vonden het ook fantastisch. Uniek aangekleed verblijf erg sfeervol.

Wer an einem außergewöhnlichen Ort übernachten möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

La Chapelle ist sehr kurios, aber definitiv funktionell und sehr charmant mit alten Möbeln etc. eingerichtet. Besonders interessant waren die Leselern-Sprüche im Kinderzimmer. Die kleine Wohnung mit Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine liegt sehr ruhig. Per Mail wurden wir schon vor unserer Ankunft sehr gut betreut. Die Antworten kamen immer sehr rasch.

Ein Tipp: etwas mehr Tassen oder generell Teller wären sinnvoll.

Parfait pour découvrir cette riche région en famille!

Nous avons passé un séjour tres agréable malgré qu'il fût court à La Chapelle ! Avant notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Mais le vrai coup de cœur, c’est la chambre des enfants : un vrai petit paradis ! Elle est remplie de jeux, de livres, et décorée comme une salle de classe joyeuse et colorée. Les enfants ont tout de suite trouvé leurs repères, comme à l’école… mais en encore mieux, car ici, c’était les vacances ! Pendant qu’ils jouaient et exploraient chaque coin, nous avons pu nous détendre en toute tranquillité. Tout est pensé pour que les familles se sentent à l’aise : la literie est confortable, la maison est propre et chaleureuse, et l’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la région de Dinant. Nous repartons avec de beaux souvenirs… et des enfants qui demandent déjà quand on revient !

Pour rendre l’expérience encore plus parfaite, un petit frigo et un branchement plus pratique pour la bouilloire électrique seraient un plus. Les enfants se sont réveillés un peu tôt à cause de la lumière du matin, les rideaux n’étant pas totalement occultants, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés et n’a en rien gâché!

Ik denk dat er betere verblijven zijn in de buurt van Dinant.

De locatie is eenvoudig ingericht zonder ontbijt, wifi of televisie. Wifi, televisie worden wel toegezegd. Er waren geen voorzieningen om zelf je ontbijt te regelen. Er waren geen borden, bestek, glaswerk. Verder was het koud, het was slecht weer buiten, maar de verwarming draaide niet. De host enkel de eerste dag gezien. Verhuurt een kamer a la B&B, maar zoals gezegd zonder voorzieningen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr originell eingerichtet, uns hat es sehr gefallen. Da wir immer Unterwegs waren, konnten wir das dazugehörige Restaurant nicht ausprobieren. Es ist sicher auch sehr Originell.

Unieke locatie doordat je in een kapel sliep. Rustige en mooie locatie.

Er werd gesproken over een goed ontbijt. Maar er werd geen ontbijt geserveerd. We hadden zelf wat meegenomen. Maar er waren geen bordjes en messen aanwezig. Ook geen afwasmiddel en handdoek om de wel aanwezige kopjes af te wassen.

Grande chambre familiale à la déco rétro

Accueil super agréable, malgré un enregistrement tardif ! Chambre quadruple, c'est même un mini appartement avec 1 chambre séparée, et une autre en mezzanine qui donne sur un salon! Beaucoup d'espace ! Décoration chaleureuse et hyper personnalisée, tout est sur le thème de l'école au siècle dernier.
