Après mesure, l’appartement fait 10,5m2 .on est loin des 16 m2 annoncés !!! Par ailleurs la présentation indique un lit et un canapé. Cela induit une interprétation erronée alors qu’il n’y a qu’un canapé lit

L’emplacement est très pratique, la rue Cherche-midi est très agréable avec ses bistrots, pâtisseries, petits commences. La propreté de l’appartement était selon nos attentes.
Le confort du divan-lit et l’insonorisation qui est simplement inexistante! Lors de notre arrivée nous avons été surpris par l’état de l’immeuble, on nous a dit que des rénovations étaient en cours mais en 10 jours nous n’avons vu personne y travailler. On a cherché l’élégance. Aussi, la description porte à confusion on décrit « Cet appartement se compose de 1 chambre, d'un salon… ». Mais il n’y a pas de chambre dans cet appartement, le salon et la chambre se superposent.
