Perfect location. In the 6th. arr. Very comfortable, all the commodities. The best shower, got AA, laundry room, kitchen with all the staff. Looks like the apartment got a new refresh, I nice one. The neighborhood was pretty good.

Well, just the stairs, you need to know that you have to go up 6 floors in a difficult space. If you are young and fit will no problem. But is not ok for people older than 45

Mettre des rideaux et un ventilateur. Il a fait chaud et le soleil se lève tôt. 6ème étage dans un escalier étroit et pentu, c'était sportif.

Location & View: A lovely studio in a beautiful and quiet part of the 6th arrondissement with a view of the Eiffel Tower right from the window. • Space & Condition: The studio is not very large, but actually quite spacious compared to other typical Parisian options, and it is exceptionally well-equipped. Everything looks new and fresh. • Modern Amenities: Features a comfortable sofa bed for two, a large wardrobe, and a large TV with a swivel mount, making it very convenient to watch TV or Netflix from the sofa. • Kitchen: Very well-organized with a 2-burner stovetop, oven, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee machine, and a small refrigerator. The hosts provided a few coffee capsules, tea bags, oil, salt, and pepper. While there is no dishwasher, it was not an issue for us. Dish soap, a sponge, and a kitchen towel were all available. • Bathroom & Laundry: A combined toilet and shower of decent size with shampoo and shower gel provided. There is also a washing machine located in the bathroom, and the hosts left a laundry pod for us.

• Payment Process: After booking, my card was marked as "invalid," and I received an external link for payment in the booking chat. I was initially afraid of a scam, but after calling Booking.com support, they confirmed it was safe. The link supported card payments, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, but the process was stressful. • Strict Check-in: You must complete an online check-in, including uploading a photo of your ID and a selfie with it, before receiving access instructions. • Access: The apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator. You have to climb a narrow, spiral wooden staircase, which is challenging with luggage. • Sound & Security: The entrance door is old wood, which doesn't feel very sturdy and provides poor sound insulation. • Privacy: You can see the sofa from a neighbor’s window; blinds or shutters would be a great addition. • Minor Details: No air conditioning (fine in May, but might be hot in summer) and old floor tiles that look a bit out of place with the new furniture.
