L’emplacement était idéal et le fait que le studio soit dans une cour intérieure est facteur de calme.
Dès l’entrée dans le studio j’ai été saisi par une forte et très désagréable odeur de moisi ! C’est tout de même anormal d’être logé dans une telle atmosphère ! J’ai fait plusieurs crises d’asthme durant mon séjour, alors que je n’en ai plus eu depuis plusieurs années ! Rien que cela mériterait une évaluation négative d’ensemble : on ne fait que respirer un air vicié par cette moisissure !
