Appartement bien situé à proximité des commerces et nombreux restaurants. Calme et propre
La communication qui n'est qu'en allemand . Les message pourraient être doublés en anglais. surtout qu'il faut charger une appli pour ouvrir la serrure électronique. ça se fait mais ce serait plus simple en anglais ...

Mums labai patiko apartamentai. Buvo viskas, ko reikia. Kadangi atvykome labai vėlai, nerimavome ar nebus sunkumų pakliūti su programėle, bet mes teritorijoje sutikome labai malonią ir geranorišką moterį, ji viską parodė, paaiškino, o po to sužinojome, kad mums palikti raktai ir naudojomės jais. Prie komentarų radau šeimininkų atsakymą, kad namo apačioje yra skalbimo mašina. Kadangi jau savaitę keliavoje, mielai pasinaudojome ir skalbimo mašina, ir drabužių džiovinimo mašina. Susisiekimas su Štutgartu puikus, viešojo transporto stotelė yra pakankamai netoli. Saugus parkingas automobiliui yra vidiniame kieme.
Mums viskas labai patiko.

Soweit ok.
Der Backofen war übelst dreckig. Der Vermieter hat sofort jemanden beauftragt den Ofen zu reinigen. War danach aber auch nicht viel besser. Wir haben dann darauf verzichtet den Backofen zu benutzen.

Super location in the heart of Gerlingen and yet very quiet and green . Restaurants and shops around the corner, public transport a short walk away.
Clean, well equipped and comfortable- second time I stayed there, would not consider staying anywhere else when visiting this city.
Honestly - nothing to dislike , the TV channels needed retuning but the friendly host was going to see to it when I mentioned it to him at the end of my stay.
