Cold apartment
It was very clean.
What I didn’t like about the property was mainly how extremely cold it was. The heater was very large, but it only heated one small area, so the rest of the place stayed freezing. On top of that, there were only two blankets, and they were very thin, which made the nights honestly unbearable — we were really, really cold the whole time.
There was also very poor lighting: only two lights in total, one in the bathroom and one big main light, with no small or soft lights for nighttime, which was uncomfortable.
Lastly, the shower leaked badly and the water went all over the floor, leaving everything completely wet after showering.

Good location
There is a restaurant below and the part of the entrance of the apartment is an area where they vote the garbage of the restaurant and there is a bad smell constantly. The curtains of the rooms are transparent so you can't sleep peacefully until late because of the clarity of the room. The facilities in general are as old as the piano 🎹 they have on the first floor.

Nothing. It was a very creepy location, I was booked to stay for 3 nights but left after 1, no reimbursement but maybe my review will warn others. I'm 6'4, 115kg, not much creeps me out, but this place did.
Outside lift was broken. Stairway was very creepy. The room door was wooden interior door, but anyone could walk to the outside of the bedroom door from the public area. Tiny, dingy bathroom.

Einmal und nie wieder
Nur die Lage
Man kommt in das Treppenhaus und es stinkt erbärmlich. Dann geht es ins Zimmer. Das erste was auffällt ist der Zigarettenrauchgeruch in dem Nichtraucherzimmer.
Dann klebt der Boden, Schimmel im Bad und als Krönung war noch ein Kackstreifen über der Klotolle an der Wand, die Möbel waren alle in einem miserablen Zustand.
Diese Absteige war mit fast 100€ pro Nacht einfach nur überzogen

Zimmer in super Lage mit mäßigem Komfort
Zimmer in sehr guter Innenstadtlage alles fußläufig erreichbar und Hbf eine S-Bahnstation entfernt, Kommunikation über Booking mit dem Gastgeber immer schnell und freundlich. Wir haben leichten Rauchgeruch im Zimmer wahrgenommen und per Nachricht darauf hingewiesen: es wurde eine erneute Zimmerreinigung angeboten, das wollten wir aber nicht (und so diffuser Rauchgeruch lässt sich ja nicht mit durchwischen wegzaubern). Fehlendes Toilettenpapier wurde auch gleich am nächsten Morgen nachgeliefert.
Das Zimmer ist sehr basic eingerichtet, Platz großzügig aber insgesamt eher lieblos ausgestattet. Ob man in der Kichenette etwas kochen könnte, haben wir nicht ausprobiert. An mehreren Stellen Flecken an der Wand, Fensterscheiben wirken fleckig, keine Garderobenhaken für Jacken, im Bad weder Haken noch Abstellfläche. Duschtür lässt sich nur einen Spaltbreit öffnen, dann steht die Tür auf den Fliesen auf (also nur was für sehr schlanke Leute ;-). Bad wird nur mit wackeliger Schiebetür geschlossen, eine richtige Tür wäre hier angenehmer. In unserem Zimmer hing leichter Rauchgeruch (das nimmt man sicher nur als Nichtraucher beim Hereinkommen war), uns wurde bei Hinweis darauf eine erneute Reinigung angeboten, aber das löst das Problem ja nicht, wenn da in der Vergangenheit geraucht wurde und es eventuell in Vorhängen oder Tapeten hängt... Es war tolerierbar, aber wenn man da empfindlich ist, wohl ein Problem.

Unkomplizierter Zugang, gute Vorinformation und auch nach dem Aufenthalt alles problemlos organisiert.
Die Lage ist gut, mitten im Zentrum, dennoch ruhig und auch bei offenem Fenster keine Lärmbelästigung.

Der Unterhalt der Immobilie wurde etwas vernachlässigt. Diverse Steckdosen hatten keine Abdeckung. Es gibt weder einen Schrank, noch eine Kommode, noch eine Garderobe, wo man die Jacke aufhängen kann.
Als störend empfand ich die Tatsache, dass das Licht im Badezimmer automatisch löscht. War etwas unangenehm, im Dunkeln in der Dusche zu stehen - mit Lichtschalter ausserhalb des Badezimmers. Das Licht kann nicht gelöscht werden, wenn man im Bett liegt. Es gibt nur einen Lichtschalter beim Türeingang, um das Licht zu löschen.

DE LAS PEORES INSTALACIONES
El sitio es horrible. Te hacen entrar por un callejón a una puerta que no se cierra, Y la de la habitación abajo hay un hueco enorme en el cual si alguien se tumba puede ver la cama y la habitación en general, lo que genera total inseguridad. En las escaleras del portal te encuentras de todo (y no precisamente bueno, además de un olor desagradable).
Cuando llamas para pedir soluciones no hacen nada y, al intentar explicarles la situación, simplemente no escuchan.
Fue la peor estancia: no pudimos dormir ni una sola noche. El baño no tiene nada que ver con las fotos y la habitación carece de lo que supuestamente anuncian. Al intentar pedir que nos devuelvan el dinero debido a que no cumple con lo que supuestamente se dice en el anuncio nos llamaron locos y se inventaron de todo.
NO RECOMIENDO reservar aquí.

Das Bett war kaputt und telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Rückmeldung haben wir erst per Nachricht am nächsten Tag bekommen. Bett wurde dann provisorisch repariert. Fenster ließen sich nicht vollständig öffnen.

Ich habe dieses Apartment gebucht, um mich vor einer geplanten Operation im Katharinenhospital Stuttgart zu erholen. Die Bilder auf Booking.com zeigten eine moderne, saubere Unterkunft – die Realität war das krasse Gegenteil: vernachlässigt, stickig, unhygienisch und gesundheitlich bedenklich.
Ich leide unter Asthma und kam nach einer langen Bahnreise aus Freiburg an, in der Hoffnung, eine Nacht zur Ruhe zu kommen. Doch bereits beim Betreten des Gebäudes war klar: *Hier kann kein Mensch gesund übernachten.
Schwere hygienische und bauliche Mängel:
- Stickige, modrige Luft bereits im Treppenhaus und Aufzug – im Apartment kaum auszuhalten
- Fenster ließ sich nur einen Spalt öffnen, da eine Vorhangstange den Öffnungsbereich blockierte
- Vorhandener Ventilator funktionierte zwar, war jedoch viel zu schwach, um gegen die schlechte Raumluft anzukommen
- Grüne Schmeißfliegen flogen mich im Bett an – eindeutiges Zeichen für fehlende Hygiene
- Große Kakerlake lief sichtbar aus dem Treppenhaus nach draußen – ein klares Zeichen für Schädlingsbefall im Gebäude.
- Dreck, Haare, Verpackungsreste und Staub unter dem Bett, verdreckte Sockelleisten und offene
- Matratze durchgelegen – man spürt jede Feder
- Küche mit modrigem Geruch – trotz leerem Mülleimer keine, verdrecktes Besteck.
Sanitärbereich besonders ekelerregend:
- Vergilbter, verschmutzter Duschvorhang
- Dusche mit Kalk- oder Schimmelspuren
- Offene Revisionsklappe mit zugänglichen Rohren
- Toilettenpapier lag auf dem Boden, direkt daneben Fliesen mit dunkelbraunen Flecken
- Klobürste zwar mit Halterung, aber stark verschmutzt und optisch abstoßend
Irreführende Darstellung & fehlende Hilfe:
- Auf den Fotos: modern, hell, gepflegt
- In Wirklichkeit: abgenutzt, dunkel, ungepflegt und unhygienisch.
- Zwei Telefonnummern des Gastgebers vorhanden – beide unerreichbar.
- Chatnachrichten wurden nicht beantwortet
- Booking.

El edificio huele mal, no está cuidado, había muebles estropeados, la habitación tenía manchas en las paredes, las puertas del baño y ducha estaban sueltas y colgando (se podían caer), mala relación calidad-precio.

Wenn man keine Ansprüche hat, als Ort zum schlafen okay. Mehr aber nicht.
Die Lage mitten im Gerberviertel ist perfekt. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe. Drr Kontakt war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Beschwerden wurden mit einer Gutschrift teils kompensiert.
Die Ausstattung ist wenig schön, vieles ist beschädigt Sauberkeit mittelmässig. Das Haus ist teils gruselig und sehr dreckig. Im Vorraum gibt es Schrott überall und riecht übel. Preis-/ Leistung ist nicht ok.
