Accidentally booked a double stay, cancelled the second stay for free with the reservation team off rioca but still the very disrespectful staff at the reception charged money from my credit card without my permission which is theft. We already explained them that the second reservation got cancelled for free with booking but they did not want to hear. Very unprofessional and not client friendly

Great atmosphere, comfortable room, and friendly staff.

Wonderful greeting on arrival and helped us check in early which we very much appreciated. Rooms were spacious, and uniquely decorated. A happy place! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Did not realize there was more than one Rioca Stuttgart in the area. We meant to stay within walking distance of the Porsche Museum at Posto 4 but mistakenly booked at Posto 6 (a 30 min drive away). Nonetheless, our stay was lovely.

Perfect room for a week stay

All the staff was really nice and helped me book in. I really liked the room and the kitchen. The bathroom was also really nice with bluetooth speakers ! The room was spacious and clean. I would book it again!

Fab Brazillian vibe! Great staff and overall experience.

Really great hotel, Brazillian vibe is different but a really positive concept. All the staff very friendly and helpful and English speaking which was helpful. Large apartment style room. Very trendy (though a little dark at times). Cool bathroom with bluetooth mirror so I could have the radio playing in the shower. Good continental breakfast. Great cocktails at the bar too!

Great vibe even greater breakfast

I always look for a Rioca hotel everywhere I stay because it just has the best vibes and most amazing breakfast with Brazilian specialities. Staff treats you so well! I would like to give a special thanks to Roberto and Vitoria from the front desk.

There was a stained towel at our room but I communicated with the staff and it was changed promptly

I travel a lot and this hotel is in the top 3 I have ever stayed in. The staff was excellent, rooms were fantastic and the price was great!

Very unique and beautiful property. Nice bar and continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing

Free parking around the hotel, easy to find, shopping around hotel, good connection with SS-Bahn till center. And of course, great rooms, really clean, you have everything you need. We will sure be back when in Stuttgart.

Location, handy for what we needed

Very hot room, air con did not work very well. Ended up having cold showers at 2am 4am tried to find a night staff member for a fan but could not find one

Un hospedaje muy recomendable con instalaciones y ambiente agradable y habitaciones amplias.

El ambiente y las instalaciones del hotel en general son excelentes. La habitación resultó ser muy amplia y cómoda. La cocineta y el baño bien equipados y limpios. Es un hotel muy recomendable, regresaré si tengo oportunidad. La ubicación es buena, no está en el centro pero hay una estación de metro cercana por lo que te puedes mover a todos lados fácilmente.

El desayuno buffet no tenía gran variedad de opciones, podría mejorar. El servicio de limpieza lo hacen cada 3 días, también podría mejorar y hacerse cada 2.

Preis-Leistung war in Ordnung.

Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage war etwas schlecht ausgeschildert, das Frühstück sehr lecker und immer alles aufgefüllt.

Was gefehlt hat war die Möglichkeit, das Licht auf beiden Seiten vom Bett anzuschalten, gerade Nachts etwas umständlich, wenn nur eine Seite einen Schalter hat. Der Preis für den Tiefgaragenstellplatz empfand ich als zu hoch.

Nagyon hangulatos volt az egész szálloda, szinte már Rio-ban éreztem magam. A szoba felszereltsége és kényelme i tetszett. A receprción ingyenesen használható a kávéautomata.

Egy apró észrevétel: sajnos reggelre (csúcsidőre) kifogyott a tej/tejpor a kévéautomatából, emiatt csak fekete kávé volt.

We konden om 11 uur al inchecken en werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen. het ontbijt was netjes, ruime keuze en koffie in overvloed. Iedereen even aardig en alles netjes!

Bedden waren een beetje hard. Wij hadden een kamer voor minder valide, lage wasbak en wc hierdoor.

Великолепный отель, номер очень просторный, технологичный - музыкальная колонка в ванной и в самом номере, электрические жалюзи и прочее. В номере есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи, включая кофемашину и посудомоечную машину. Качели в номере - приятное дополнение. В лобби можно было выпить кофе бесплатно, работает бар с очень демократичными ценами. Рекомендуем этот отель для проживания.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Sehr gutes Bett und genügend Kopfkissen. Ausgezeichnete Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, hat aber den Nachteil, dass es wenig Möglichkeiten für ein gutes Abendessen gibt. (Das fussläufige türkische Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr düster und schlechtes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.)

Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti ! La struttura non è in centro ma lo si può raggiungere in poco tempo. A mio avviso ne vale veramente la pena essere coccolato in un posto così fantastico ed eventualmente far 4 passi per raggiungere la fermata del treno (circa 10 minuti a piedi+ 40 minuti di treno)
