Welcome to Daquiri Days II, a luxury Gulf-front escape tucked away on a private, quiet street in beautiful Miramar Beach. This spacious four-story beach home was designed for unforgettable gatherings—whether you're planning a family reunion, beach wedding, retreat, or just a relaxing getaway with friends. With room for up to 28 guests and no roads to cross to reach the sand, this is beachfront living at its finest.
From the moment you arrive, you'll be drawn to the incredible views and the open layout that makes it easy for everyone to stay connected. On the second floor—the main living level—you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a large dining and living area, a cozy breakfast nook, and a sunny deck overlooking the pool with stairs leading straight down to the ground level. It’s the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee or gathering for sunset cocktails. On this main level is a king bedroom and a full bathroom.
Head up to the third floor, and you’ll find three more bedrooms—including a Gulf-front primary suite with its own en suite bath and private balcony. Two of the bedrooms on this level have king beds, and one of them also opens to another beachfront balcony so you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
At the top of the house, the fourth floor is home to a private penthouse suite. This stunning king bedroom features its own bathroom, a wet bar with a mini fridge, and a private balcony with panoramic views of the Gulf. We stayed at this location celebrating a 65th birthday. So the group consisted of grandma, adult children and grandchildren. Can not recommend this location more! It exceeded our expectations. The online photos were a great representation, however it is still more beautiful in person. The views were also wonderful. It was quiet and peaceful the entire stay. The house was clean and well kept! The walk to the beach was brief and easy! Plenty of leftover beach and pool toys/ accessories were left at the property by others and us, for future renters to use! That was a big plus for us especially with younger children! The parking was plentiful and the property care crew were friendly and prompt. Our entire group would highly recommend. Miramar is a beautiful beach and we will definitely return!

We loved our stay, the house is very roomy. Five different families had their own space. Walking distance to beach is very short. Close to any store you can think of. The ocean water is tropical looking. We will definitely book this again!

There were many wonderful aspects of the property. We didn’t realize that the downstairs with all the bunk beds couldn’t be accessed from the main house. The ice maker wasn’t working when we got there but a repairman came right away to fix it. We loved all the different areas in which to eat and “hang out”. Overall, a very good experience!

The house itself was very nice, the major problem we had was flooding in the ground floor that was closed in to make two more bedrooms & game room. There also were spiders & spider webs in those bedrooms down there. I called the maintenance person, Joey, and he responded promptly. It rained two nights, so we had flooding both nights. He came out twice to clean up the flooding & remove rug that was soaked. There also were 3 wasp nests on the back of the house so going in the pool was iffy. We would have liked to use the Bar-B-Que pits but they were both dirty. Hated to bother Joey again. My family did enjoy their stay, but don't know if I would pay that kind of money again with the problems we had. It seems that once the house was cleaned after previous guest, it was not checked again before our arrival.
