You’re welcome to use the outdoor seating in front of the front building, where you can enjoy breakfast in the summer.

Villa Meeresrauschen is an exclusive seaside villa in the resort town of Zempin that underwent a complete renovation from 2007 to 2008. It is situated in a quiet location directly behind the coastal protection forest. The villa features studios and apartments of various sizes. The apartments range in size from 22 to 65 square meters. Most apartments feature a balcony or terrace. One free parking space is available for each apartment. You also have the option to use the covered bicycle rack.
You can walk directly to the sea in about five minutes via the new Zempin beach promenade.
Guests can use Wi-Fi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service and therefore not a feature of the vacation rentals guaranteed under travel law. Accordingly, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system or parts thereof, or even of a router.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
