Welle - Villa Meeresrauschen

The "Welle" studio apartment consists of a cozy and bright living – dining area with a sleeper sofa (1.60 m), a dining table, and a modern kitchenette equipped with an oven, a refrigerator (no freezer), a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
You’re welcome to use the outdoor seating area in front of the studio. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the summer.



The Villa Meeresrauschen is an exclusive seaside villa in the resort town of Zempin, which underwent a complete renovation from 2007 to 2008. It is situated in a quiet location directly behind the coastal protection forest. The villa features studios and apartments of various sizes. The apartments range in size from 22 to 65 square meters. Most apartments come with a balcony or terrace. One free parking space is available for each apartment. You also have the option to use the covered bike rack.
You can walk directly to the beach in about five minutes via the new Zempin beach promenade.



Guests can use Wi-Fi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service and therefore not a guaranteed feature of the vacation rentals under travel law. Accordingly, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system or parts thereof, or even of a router.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
