Friendly Note: Our home is usually known for being comfy and quiet, but on Monday evenings through October (5:30pm–9:30pm) our neighbor hosts a lively community potluck dinner. Guests are always welcome to join in the fun, but if you prefer a completely quiet stay, we recommend avoiding Monday nights. Please note, refunds are not offered for this weekly event.

This property is a fine example of an updated mid 1900s house. We particularly enjoyed the very comfortable beds, nice linens and pillows, lush bathroom towels and an abundance of kitchen supplies and more. Many rental properties only supply guests with minimum items, but this one has many things a guest may need.

Great location, clean and very comfortable. I only had one hiccup … I could not open the website set to me from the host. This made it hard to check in or out. I am unsure if it was me that was not understanding or if it was the way the site was sent. Other than that it was great!!! Thank you!

The home was exactly as described, located in a quiet older neighborhood near downtown CDA could walk to grocery stores and other shopping.
