This adorable updated 1905 home is set back from the street on a large, fully fenced lot, with mature trees for your family and furry friends! Inviting and large front porch, private back yard (6’ fence), paved back patio with fire pit for those cooler nights and smores with the kids. Summer vibes enjoying a cookout and games of cornhole. Bikes are also provided in the spring, as well as off the street parking in the back.
The meticulously clean interior boasts a large sectional, 65" Smart TV & soundbar, with live TV, and streaming through your accounts for all your movie and music needs, complete with popcorn machine, games for kids and adults. - decorated to ensure you feel at home.
Your comfort and rest are of utmost importance to us and we have taken extra measures in both bedrooms. You will find new, comfortable mattresses, pillows and luxury linens to pamper you. Furthermore, the rooms are each adorned with soft, warming amenities such as extra pillows, throw pillows, reading lamps, charging stations, and a sound machine allowing you to snuggle up to a good book, catch up on emails, or simply rest. The second bedroom also has a Smart TV to keep the movie buffs, gamers and kids entertained. The bathroom boasts a new walk-in shower, big fluffy bath towels and a heated floor for soothing comfort on colder mornings.
The updated kitchen has granite countertops and all the amenities; gas range, dishwasher, coffee bar, ice machine, toaster, air fryer, stainless cookware, smoothie blender, kettle, wine glasses, storage containers, snack, serving and baking dishes. Table setting for eight.

We absolutely fell in love with this home. It had everything we could possibly need—and honestly, I wish we could clone it and take it back home with us. The house was incredibly comfortable, the yard was perfect for my dog, and the rooms were great. Even the bathroom was perfect. It was the ideal setup for two hockey moms, their skaters, and a dog. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay, everything was very clean! There were some snacks and wine when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Beds comfortable and loved the waterfall showerhead. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Paige’s Peaceful Place is an absolute 10/10. We will definitely be back. The owner is kind, responsive, and caring about guests having a great time. The house is a good size for 2-5 guests. The location is perfect. Close to downtown, but also far enough away from the crowds and thus quiet and serene. The house itself is beautiful. The remodel and upgrades could not be any more gorgeous. In addition, the fine touches (heated tile floor bathroom) and added little surprises (kitchen stocked better than my own) made us not want to leave. Stay here when you visit CDA!
