Our place is walking distance to the Resort, downtown shops/restaurants, Tubbs Hill, Lake Coeur d'Alene/Sanders Beach, McEuen Park & more! You’ll love our place because of the amazing access to all downtown Cda has to offer. Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) and groups. Book a romantic getaway, and explore the natural surroundings or participate in a variety of community events. Enjoy winter recreation at its finest, unique holiday shopping, lake cruises, indoor water parks, special holiday festivities, live performing arts and more. Plus delight in a wide range of restaurants, a local winery and several local breweries. Don't forget the beautiful various Ski resorts which are anywhere from a 30 minute drive to a 90 minute drive from the Prime location of this home! As the weather starts to warm, it’s time to head outside. Take your pick from golfing, hiking, paddling, climbing, biking, or however else you like to play. Spring is a great time to plan a trip to Silver wood Theme Park. If you’re not ready to step outside, visit one of the area’s indoor water parks. Don’t miss the Downtown Art Walk, the Wine Extravaganza, the weekly Downtown Farmer’s Market, Live After 5, and Car d’Lane. This city was made for summer. This town hosts two separate Iron man events as well. Catch a round of golf while in season. Hoist a seasonal beverage at the Oktoberfest celebration. There couldn’t be a more perfect place to spend time this winter than Coeur d’Alene. With magical holiday celebrations such as "Journey to the North Pole" and the light celebration show cruise onto Lake Coeur d’Alene.

Property is in a great location & easy to find. Owners were very responsive & accommodating to provide equipment that I should have (but didn’t) request in advance. We left a note regarding a couple of minor maintenance issues that the owners probably aren’t aware of as they don’t live there & aren’t really a big enough deal to report, but overall a great place to stay. Check in/check out is as easy as it gets!

Great Property! Walking distance to downtown and in a great neighborhood. The only issue we had was only one burner worked on the stove and the oven didn't work at all. But all in all it was a great property to stay at.

Everything was great except for the air conditioning. Upstairs was very hot and those sleeping up there did not get to sleep until about 2 am and still slept with no covers even with fans on.

The location to town was very nice. The ease of entry and locking up when we left was user friendly. The host responded quickly when I email questions before our visit. The drawbacks were that the hot tub was cloudy so we weren’t able to use it, there were cob webs in most of the rooms and spiders in some of them as well. The house was darling but didn’t seem to be clean. The sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable and we weren’t able to find a fitted sheet for it. I had to sleep on the leather couch which was not ideal. We enjoyed our visit and made the best of the accommodations. I would recommend only 4 guests if they desire individual rooms or if more, let them know they will need to double up on sleeping arrangements. The sleeper sofa is not an option.
