LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The DOWNTOWN location is awesome! Five min walk to Lake Coeur d'Alene, beaches, shops, restaurants and hiking! This cute 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath cottage is only 6 blocks from vibrant Sherman Ave and the CDA Resort. Stroll downtown or ride the bikes (complimentary). Amenities include a private hot tub, fully fenced yard, new flooring throughout, well equipped kitchen with dining table, furniture upgrades, etc. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a full sized bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. Large flat screen smart TVs. Sleeps up to 6 people, most comfortable for four. Off street parking (driveway with carport) and storage shed to lock up your gear (at your own risk). Our little family of four enjoyed our first trip to CDA and our stay in this cute little home. It was perfect for the four of us. Very clean, had everything we needed, communication with the host was great, and it was the perfect walking distance from downtown. We had a great time at this property. The location was quiet but very walkable to downtown CDA. The whole house was well stocked with everything we needed. It had tons of linens, kitchen equipment and some pantry items, fans, and AC. The layout was plenty spacious for our group of 4. There was a full washer and dryer which we didn’t use but was a great option to have. And the best part was the friendly cat PoPo that came to visit us outside!
