I loved the location of the house and how clean it was and how spacious it was. Honestly everything about it was great with the exception of who manages the property and how poor the communication was.

3 of us stayed in this house for our annual golf get-away and this house was awesome. First off, it was incredibly clean. While the house is older, it has been completely updated inside and was gorgeous. The beds were comfortable, the location was great, and the area was very quiet. There's not much outdoor space but you're very close to downtown and the lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall a beautiful well kept home in a reasonably located neighborhood of CDA, but I wouldn't book it again. Really bad and confusing communication with Vacasa who manages the property. The house had been booked and we did not receive check in information and when we did it was for the incorrect dates. It seems like I never actually communicated with a human wanting to help, but all AI. I would not recommend booking with Vacasa if you can avoid it. Best to work with real owners/humans onstead
