This unique historical loft space (originally a lively dance hall) is perfect for families or groups of friends and only steps from kayaking on Lake Wawaka and a cute little swimming hole. Located in close proximity to renowned skiing, fishing, golfing and hiking spots, it's the perfect retreat for those seeking adventure or a tranquil getaway in the serene Catskill Mountains. Updated with modern comforts that blend seamlessly with vintage details, it's truly one-of-kind.
The open-concept living area features exposed beams and original details, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The light-filled space is graced by large windows facing north, south, east, and west. A large kitchen island with stools and a dining table that extends to seat 8, invite everyone to gather around at meal time. Evenings are about relaxing by the fireplace, cozying up with a book in one of the 3 bedrooms, or treating yourself to a luxurious soak in the deep, claw foot bathtub after a day of hiking up or skiing down a mountain.
