It is currently Sea turtle nesting season. You might get lucky and get to see a turtle coming to shore. It's always fun and exciting to see the markings on new turtle nests each morning. The eggs will start hatching in July/August.
PLEASE READ- The cottage has two units. The Mermaid and the Manatee. The only shared space is the outside laundry area.

We had a blast celebrating our anniversary at this oceanfront condo. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, is very clean and well-stocked, and Megan is a wonderful host. We so enjoyed swimming with the manatees in front of the house and highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful little cottage right on the beach! Newly renovated with an awesome modern yet cozy vibe. The unit is half of the building with the other side not completed yet (but soon). Communication with Megan the owner was outstanding. Very friendly, prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

This vacation was nothing short of amazing! Megan was a top-notch hostess who thought of everything. I mean everything. This was the BEST beach vacation for our entire family.
